Review:
There’s not
much to say about this book other that I don’t know why people say it is so
bad. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t great but it isn’t bad.
Basically,
this book starts with Luce switching schools because Daniel wants to keep her
safe. There she makes new friends and with them she tries to figure her past and
what roll she plays in the whole Angels vs Demons war.
I loved how
Luce’s character developed and how she stood up for herself. However, there
were a couple of things that annoyed me.
For example; Luce was always complaining about how much she missed
Daniel and how she craved to see him, but every time they saw each other she
started a fight. All of this while she was apparently “developing” feelings for
Miles. Another thing that annoyed me was how she NEVER followed instructions
and almost got herself killed more than once because of it.
There’s
nothing special about this series. It’s been good thus far but not outstanding.
I really hope the rest of the series doesn't let me down.
